Circuit Court Report – Jan. 27

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Jerry J. Lundy, 24, 416 E. Clifford St., Plymouth. $658.80, 60 days’ local jail, and three years’ probation for two counts of felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm, battery, and intentionally mistreat animals. At 3:30 a.m. Oct. 18, 2009, Plymouth Police were called to a home on Elizabeth Street in reference to battery. Lundy had entered the home, where several children were sleeping, and began yelling at them to get up. Lundy was intoxicated and threatened to harm the children if they didn’t get up – several of them were slapped and pushed around. The dog, which was trying to protect the children, was kicked very hard four to five times and also struck in the head by Lundy’s fist several times, according to the criminal complaint.

Gary A. Dorau 37, 235 Main St., Sheboygan Falls. $60 and 60 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, June 28, 2009.

Thomas F. Schultz, 49, 269 N. Main St., Cedar Grove. $1,270.93, one year and six months’ prison, and two years’ extended supervision after revocation of probation – charges stemming from stalking, between July 17, 2007 and June 18, 2009.

Amanda K. Lindow, 23, 3232 Limerick Lane, Sheboygan. $459, $5,359.39 restitution, and three years’ probation for two counts of felony forgery and one count of felony bail jumping, Jan. 27, 2009. Lindow stole checks, belonging to family, and forged their name.
