FFA speakers send 3 to sectionals

Plymouth had three winners at the District 27 FFA Speaking contests Jan. 26 in Elkhart Lake.

Megan Klumpyan won the FFA Prepared Speaking Contest, Joseph Wimmler won the FFA Creed Contest and the Riverview FFA Quiz Bowl Team won the FFA Quiz Bowl contest.

Megan, Joseph and the quiz bowl team will represent the Plymouth FFA at the Section 9 FFA speaking contests March 22 at DePere High School.

Quiz Bowl team members are Stephainie Thiel, Tierra Liebke, Seirra Beseler, Austin Ernst and Kim Beck.

Others competing at the contest were Alex Huibregtse — creed, Skylar Kraemer — discussion meet, Michelle Meinnert — discussion meet, Jackson Wimmler — job interview, Megan Klumpyan — job interview, and the Plymouth FFA Parliamentary Team (Alyssa Schelinske, Megan Klumpyan, Michelle Meinnert, Liz Schultz, Anna Kleinhans and Skylar Kraemer).
