Sheriff’s Report – Feb. 10

Neil Johnson, 72, and Jonda J. Johnson, 67, both of Port Washington, were injured and transported to Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center following a two-car accident Feb. 6 at 5:06 p.m.

According to the accident report, 19-year-old Chelsy M. Worster-Lucht of Sheboygan was traveling northbound on Interstate 43, just south of County V, when she moved into the right-hand lane and sideswiped Johnson’s vehicle causing Johnson to veer off into the ditch line, strike a road sign and fence post, and overturn the vehicle twice. The Johnsons’ vehicle landed on its roof.

Worster-Lucht’s vehicle also veered off the road, and onto the left side. She was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital. Her passenger, 19-year-old Allison Freriks, also of Sheboygan, was not transported.

Worster-Lucht was ticketed for making an unsafe lane change.
