Falcons to host WIAA Regional Tournament

The Sheboygan Falls Falcons will host the 2010 WIAA Division 2 Regional Wrestling Tournament Saturday, Feb. 13.
The first match will start at 10:30 a.m. in the SFHS gym. Falls will be competing for a program record sixth straight regional title.
The Falcons will be hosting Chilton, Kiel, New Holstein, St. Lawrence Seminary and Valders.
“Our wrestlers have individual goals of getting to the state competition,” said Falcons coach Fred Brown. “We have three to seven wrestlers that have a good shot at getting to state.”
Leading the way for the Falcons are Chase Schultz (103 pounds, fourth in 2009), Nathan Brown (125 pounds, three-time regional champion), Lucas Lambrecht (130 pounds, returning 2009 champion), Jeff Becker (135 pounds, fourth in 2009), Jared Ertman (140 pounds, second in 2009, fifth in 2008), Jeremiah Kramasz (145 pounds, fifth in 2009), Ben Chappa (160 pounds, three-time regional champion) and Ben Tenpas (215 pounds, fourth in 2009).
