4-H-Brave Bears – February

The Feb. 5 Brave Bears 4-H Club meeting was called to order by President David Derus at 6:35 p.m. The American pledge was led by Michael Bimmel, and the 4-H pledge was led by Taylor Broder. Roll call was taken by Secretary Dakota Ortiz and the question was, “What do you love?”

Old business:

• Emma and Ari Schurun said that we watched “Aliens in the Attic” and ordered Theo’s pizza at Pizza and Movie Night.

New business:

• Dakota Ortiz said that we only have four practices left till Music and Drama Fest on Feb. 20.

• Katherine Luther reminded us that the club bowling party is at 6:30 p.m. March 5 at Odyssey Fun Center.

• Taylor Broder said that our Spring Brat Fry/Bake Sale is Saturday, April 3, at Blattner’s Piggly Wiggly.

• Mrs. Ortiz suggested that we have our own club Project Days some time in June.
