Circuit Court Report – Feb. 24

The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Laurie Lynn Hening, 45, 926 Oakland Ave., Sheboygan. $1,256, eight months’ local jail, with work release, 28-month driver’s license revocation, and 28-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fifth or sixth offense – felony, Feb. 11, 2009.

David D. Lund, 41, 1333 Center Ave., Sheboygan. $160.80 and three days’ local jail for disorderly conduct, Aug. 4, 2009.

Joseph W. Jens, 23, W4089 County V, Sheboygan Falls. $991, 20 days’ local jail, with work release, and 12-month driver’s license revocation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – second offense, Sept. 21, 2009.

Jesse D. Jashinsky, 30, 14825 W. Janice Place, New Berlin. $2,001, 160 days’ local jail, 28-month driver’s license revocation, and 28-month ignition interlock for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fourth offense, Oct. 8, 2009.

Jason R. Kaat, 36, 407 Seventh St., Sioux City, Iowa. $345.20, $1,580 restitution, and two years’ state prison for felony burglary to building. On Sept. 19, 2007, a Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department deputy and detective were called to the Bushwood Bar and Restaurant in regard to a break-in and burglary. In August 2009, the State Crime Lab ran a periodic check and matched the DNA profile of Kaat to the DNA evidence left at the scene. Kaat caused damage to the building in order to gain entrance and stole approximately 36 bottles of liquor, seven cartons of cigarettes, and ham, according to the criminal complaint.

Tonie C. Cotton, 44, Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution, W9071 Forest Drive, Plymouth. $72.40 and eight months’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from battery – repeat offender, Oct. 9, 2008.

Clayton R. Lampe, 72, 3 Maplewood Drive, Sheboygan. $1,268, 36-month driver’s license revocation, 36-month ignition interlock, and two years’ state prison for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – fifth or sixth offense, felony, Aug. 1, 2009.

Carl T. Sonneman Jr., 34, 1226 Erie Ave., Sheboygan. $222 and 45 days’ local jail after revocation of probation – charges stemming from disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, Aug. 24, 2009.
