Army Pvt. Jerome R. Kipp II has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is the son of Jerome and Marla Kipp of Sheboygan Falls. Kipp is a 2009 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School.
