Aviation Heritage Center to show free movie

The Aviation Heritage Center at the Sheboygan County Memorial Airport will show “Flight of the Phoenix,” as part of a free movie night Friday, March 12.

James Stewart heads an impressive cast in this gripping tale of courage and suspense.

When their cargo plane crashes in the Sahara Desert, the only hope for the crew of oilmen and military personnel is to try to rebuild the craft before they all perish from heat and deprivation.

The movie, which starts at 7 p.m., is free to the public. Movie goers are invited to bring their own lawn chairs Refreshments are available for a modest cost.
