Falls Police Report
Joseph N. Sagal Jr., 42, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony operating a motor vehicle (fifth or sixth offense) while intoxicated Monday, March 1, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The charge stems from a traffic incident Saturday, Feb. 27, in which Sagal Jr. allegedly crash his vehicle into a snow bank in the city of Sheboygan.
The Class H felony operating a motor vehicle (fifth or sixth offense) charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or not more than six years in prison, or both, if convicted.

Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers issued Kyle A. Allmann-Lawrence, 21, a citation for disorderly conduct (second offense) for causing a disturbance at 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Pine Street.
*** Kadira Spahija, 31, received a citation for making harassing/threatening phone calls in the city.

SFPD officers assisted Manitowoc County Sheriff’s, Sheboygan County Sheriff’s and Kohler Police departments in attempt to stop a fleeing motorist on State 23.
The officers assisted in apprehending and arresting a man, who resides outside the area.

Officers with the SFPD arrested a 19-year-old man in the 100 block of Redtail for an outstanding warrant.

Jacob H. Elias, 23, was issued citation for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

A 22-year-old man wanted on an apprehension request was located and transported to jail by SFPD officers at the intersection of Monroe and Broadway streets.

SFPD officers arrested a 24 year-old man in the 1200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue, who was wanted on an apprehension request.

An 18-year-old man received a warning for disorderly conduct-causing a disturbance in the 200 block of Oak Street.

Officers with the SFPD took a 15-year-old boy into custody for taking part in a fight in the 200 block of Amherst Avenue.

Andrew J. Feider, 22, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping, felony burglary of a building or dwelling, misdemeanor criminal damage to property and misdemeanor bail jumping, Tuesday, March 2, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.
The charges stem from an alleged burglary Sunday, Feb. 28, at a residence at 225 North Commerce St. in the village of Cedar Grove.
The two counts of Class H felony bail jumping each include a fine of not more than $10,000, or not more than six years in prison, or both, if convicted.
The Class F felony burglary of a building or dwelling charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, not more than 12 years and six months in prison, or both, if convicted.
The Class A misdemeanor criminal damage to property charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.
The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, not more than nine months in prison, or both, if convicted.
