Happy Birthday with Green Eggs and Ham

The Plymouth Head Start class celebrated the birthday of Theodore Geisel – aka Dr. Seuss – Thursday. First, students enjoyed a breakfast of green eggs and ham, then heard the story of the same name by Dr. Seuss, read to them by Plymouth Mayor Donald Pohlman.
