Around the world with Fairview

Students in Mary Vanderkin’s third-grade class and Erin Babiarz’ fourth-grade class took their schoolmates, parents and visitors on a journey Tuesday with their presentation of “Stories From Around the World.” Under the direction of Patty Talen, the students performed a series of plays telling different tales from around he world, including the Nigerian folk tale “How the Sky Got so High” and the Irish folk tale “Jamie O’Rourke and the Big Potato.”
