Arts Center offers acrylic painting class

The Plymouth Arts Center is presenting an acrylic painting class conducted by artist/teacher Kathleen Mulholland for beginner and intermediate students.

“Explore Acrylic Painting” will be held in the Arts Center classroom Saturday April 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a one-day only class. Class supply list will be sent upon enrollment. Class size is limited so please enroll early.

One day acrylic painting workshop will cover the traditional and the fun. Paint like watercolor or use thick globs of paint. Better yet do both! Be prepared to play and learn.

Artist Kathleen Mulholland uses acrylic paints that can be treated with a versatile medium. It is fun to paint with and easy to clean up. First time or repeat students are welcome to explore acrylic painting at the Plymouth Arts Center.

This versatile medium can be painted to look like watercolor or painted thick like a Van Gogh. Learn through experimenting with paints, mediums, paper and canvas. If you have painted in watercolor, this may be your next step. Class supply list will be sent upon enrollment.
