Deadline nears for Alumni Wall of Fame nominations

The deadline is nearing for nominations to the Plymouth High School Alumni Wall of Fame.

The Plymouth High School Student Council wants to honor individuals who have made a difference, who have achieved a high level of success, and who have given unselfishly to make their community a better place.

Nominees must have graduated from Plymouth High School at least 10 years ago. Honorees will be men and women who have made exceptional achievements in

endeavors including, but not limited to, education, science and technology, business, literature, athletics, and public service.

Nominations are due April 20. A nomination form can be found on the district Web site at www.plymouth.k12.wi.us. Nominees who are not selected in a particular year will be reconsidered automatically in subsequent years.

A committee of five students and Mark Rhyan, Plymouth School Board president, will select the first inductees in early May. Student members are Emma Roy, Forum Patel, Jack Brody, Jack Travis and John Hintz.

The inaugural honorees will be recognized at the graduation ceremony June 6. The wall, which will features plaques about the honorees, will be constructed during the summer in the main lobby outside the auditorium.
