The following persons either stipulated to the indicated charge or had their cases heard in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. All information is taken from case documents.

Tony W. Wilke, 48, 3515 N. 10th St., Sheboygan, was sentenced to 175 days in local jail with work release – 32 months’ license revocation – fined $3,541.40 – operating while under the influence – fourth offense – Nov. 27, 2009.

Larry J. Lapan, 49, 8515 Rhine Road, Elkhart Lake, was sentenced to 210 days’ local jail with work release – fined $452 – four counts retail theft – Nov. 15 through Nov. 17, 2009.

Kevin J. Van Ess, 47, 722 Kentucky Ave., Sheboygan, was sentenced to five days in local jail with work release -disorderly conduct, domestic abuse – Feb. 8, 2010.

Nermin Hadziosmanovic, 19, 1629 Alexander Court, Sheboygan, was sentenced to 60 days in local jail with work release – criminal trespass, theft and disorderly conduct – May 24, 2009.

Jason B. Lee, 32, 1641 N. 10th St., Sheboygan, was sentenced to 20 days in local jail with work release - disorderly conduct – Jan. 28, 2010.

Nathan T. Timreck, 22, W4147 County C, Plymouth, was sentenced to 20 days in local jail with work release – domestic abuse – strangulation and suffocation – felony – Oct. 25, 2009.

William Scott Lemens, 35, 1435 A S. 11th St., Sheboygan, was sentenced to five days in local jail with work release – fined $437 – operating a motor vehicle after revocation – second offense – March 6, 2010.

Miranda N. Wislinsky, 21, 1413 Michigan Ave/, Sheboygan, was sentenced to five days in local jail without work release – operating motor vehicle after revocation – first offense.
