POLICE REPORT: Sheboygan Falls – April 13

Lee J. Konop, 49, of 1022 Falls Park Drive Apt. 5, Sheboygan Falls, was charged with three counts April 9.

Count 1 was manufacture/deliver THC (tetrahydrocannabinals) not more than 200 grams or 4 plants. Count 2 was maintaining a drug trafficking place.

The Class 1 felony stated that the defendant may not be fined more than $10,000 or imprisoned for more than three years and six months. The court may also suspend operating privileges for not less than six months or more than five years or both.

Count 3 was possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor offense that the defendant may not be fined more than $500 or not be imprisoned for more than 30 days.

The defendant’s operating privileges may also be suspended for not less than six months, but not more than five years or both.

Justin L. White, 32, of 105 Elm St., Sheboygan Falls, was charged with possession/illegally obtaining prescription and bail jumping stemming from arrest Feb. 5.

The Class A misdemeanor charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for more than nine months or both.

Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers investigated a citizen who reported identity theft/fraud at 200 Rangeline Road.

*** SFPD officer assisted bus driver with unruly passenger at 400 Leavens Ave.

*** SFPD officers investigated intentional damage done to vehicle at 100 Shelly Drive.

Male adult, age 39, arrested for felony drug charges after search warrant served – transported to jail in the block of 100 Park Drive.

SFPD officers investigated a resident who reported possible fraud/identity theft in the 200 block of River Hills Drive.

*** SFPD officers assisted Kohler Police with arrest of adult wanted on probation violation.

*** SFPD officers investigated a report of disturbance with one injured in the 600 block of Broadway Street.

Male, age 23, is being issued charges for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after a disturbance over personal property in the 100 block of Rochester Drive.

Male, age 50, was issued citations for failure to report accident and hit and run after striking light pole and leaving scene.

Juvenile male was referred to DSS for battery and disorderly conduct after being involved in altercation in the 100 block of School Street.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls April 5 through April 12: 851 Fond du Lac for a medical emergency; W2940 Old County PP for a medical emergency; 915 Broadway for a person who fell; 100 Foxglove for a medical emergency; and 600 Broadway for a medical emergency. No fires were reported in this time frame.
