4-H-Madison All Stars –February

Abby Faul called the February meeting of the Madison All Stars 4-H club to order. Madison Faller and Tyler Fischer led the pledges. The roll call question was “Which baseball team is your favorite?”

The secretary, treasurer and reporter reports were given and approved.

Katie Deheck said there was nothing to report for the Sunshine Committee report. Anna Burkhart gave the Youth Association report and said the next meeting would be Feb. 16. Randy Meyer gave the Leaders Association report. Abby read one letter of correspondence.

Old business. Katie Deheck gave the Valentines Workshop report and thanked everyone who helped out. Randy Meyer gave the Angel Hugs pull-tabs report and said he was dropping them off Feb. 10, and thanks to all you donated.

Ongoing business. Jackson Bayer gave the Music and Drama Festival report and said that they were doing the “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse,” the performance would be Feb. 20, and thank you to all who are participating and supporting. Carol Bimmel gave the Pizza Ranch report and said it would be March 15.

Speeches and demos. Madison Faller, Ben Peas, Madylyn Peas, Sam Peas and Owen Bumpler gave their speech and demonstrations.

New business. Peter Bimmel gave the bowling party report and said there would be more information in the next newsletter.

Brady Koller said that Family Swim would be March 4 from 6:30-8 p.m. Children are $2 and adults are $3; it will be at the Falls High School.

Nancy Brown gave the Plymouth Care Center Bingo report and said that they could do it March 27 or April 24 and to let her know. Cathy Beumler gave the Sunny Ridge activities report and said that they could do a one-time thing or have it one Saturday a month.

Brianna Kleckner said to decorate and bring the Easter baskets to the next meeting. Bev Resop and Randy Meyer gave the leaders report.
