Cascade FD to host Exploring meeting

The Cascade Fire Department invites young people ages 14 to 20 to join their Career Exploring Post Tuesday, May 11, at 7 p.m., at the Cascade Fire Department, 501 Milwaukee Ave., Cascade.

Young people will have the chance to learn the job essentials of being a firefighter, including participating in training and events in the future. They can join the Exploring Post and see if firefighting is career path they might be interested in. The Exploring program is part of the Boy Scouts of America and is open to boys and girls.
