Sheriff’s Report – May 10

A 2000 Nissan driven by Meng Chang, 19, of 3010 S. 18th, Sheboygan, was involved in a single-car accident at Stahl Road and County A. The car was eastbound on Stahl Road at a high rate of speed when it went airborne at the railroad tracks, flew 103 feet striking two trees before landing on the roadway.

Chang was transported by a private vehicle to St. Nicholas Hospital from County A. He was ticketed for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Michelle Matson-Strader, 38, of N6981 Barrett Road, Glenbeulah, was involved in a single-car accident at Glen Road and Scenic View Road. The 2007 Honda Accord was westbound on Glen Road when the car veered off the road, rolled up the embankment on the north side of the ditch landing on the passenger side of the car.

The driver, Matson-Strader, was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital and the passenger, Jonathan Strader, was transported by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Matson-Strader was ticketed for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, her second offense, and operating a motor vehicle after revocation.
