4-H-Madison All Stars –March

Abby Faul called the March meeting to order at 7 p.m. Sarah Fisher and Mark Fischer led the pledges. For roll call, finished Easter baskets were handed in and members told what they will do for spring break.

The secretary and treasurer reports were read and approved.

Katie Deheck gave the Sunshine Committee report. Shawn Burkhardt gave the Youth Association report. The next meeting is Tuesday, March 16. Randy Meyer gave the Leaders Association report. Pizza checks were handed out. Abby read two correspondences.

Old business. Emily Koller gave the Swim Party report. She thanked all who came.

Brianna Kleckner said she will be taking the Easter baskets to the Plymouth Care Center.

Edith handed out Music and Drama ribbons and certificates. Our club got the Nostalgia Award for their Mickey Mouse Club performance. Randy said we got second place for the pull-tabs for Angel Hugs Contest; we collected 9 pounds.

Ongoing business. Carol Bimmel read the list of workers for our Pizza Ranch fundraiser. It would be Monday, March 14. Kenzea Crawford reported that the Bowling Party would be April 18. Nancy Brown said we would play bingo with the Plymouth Care Center residents April 24. Kathy Beumler reported we would do an activity with Sunny Ridge residents April 10 at 10 a.m.

Speeches and demonstrations. Mark Fisher, Will Lammers, Bradley Wagner, Grace Ratzlaff, Kelsea Crawford and Kenzea Crawford gave their speeches and demonstrations.

New business. There will be more information next month about May baskets and the Survive Alive House brat fry.

Bev Resop and Randy Meyer gave the leaders report.
