Lenny Kissinger, 35, 117 E. Main St., Glenbeulah – sentenced May 14, 2010 to five years in state prison with 10 years’ extended supervision for repeated sexual assault of a child – Nov. 25, 2009.

Raul Muro, 28, W4785 County H #C1, Fredonia – five days’ local jail with work release – operating without a license – third offense within three years – April 10, 2010.

Andrew J. Klug, 22, 724 Random Lake Road, Apt. #1, Random Lake – fined $817.50 – six months’ license revocation – operating with a restricted controlled substance – Feb. 1, 2010.
