Terry J. Byrd, 50, 1243 Trimberger Court, Sheboygan – five days’ local jail with work release, 12 months’ license revocation – fined $928 – operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated – second offense – Aug. 8, 2009.

Michael L. Sidbeck, 38, 3811 Heather Valle Road, Apt. 204, Sheboygan – 30 days’ local jail with work release – 24 months’ license revocation – fined $1,243 – operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated – third offense – Aug. 10, 2009.

Andrew D. Tershner, 23, 917 Clara Ave., Sheboygan – six months’ local jail without work release – misdemeanor theft – $2,500 – April 13, 2009.

Jonathan P. Lerch, 23, 710 N. 14th St., Sheboygan – 30 days’ local jail with work release – possession of improvised explosives with intent to commit a crime – Dec. 22, 2009.

Joseph T. Oclaire, 44, 420 Caroline St., Plymouth – one year 6 months’ state prison – burglary of a building and/or dwelling and criminal damage to a building – repeat offender – Oct. 18, 2008.

Linda Torres, 49, 1733 N. 10th St., Sheboygan – six months’ local jail without work release – possession of cocaine – second offense – Dec. 19, 2009.

Dutcher J. Matyjaski, 40, W2298 Star Court, Sheboygan Falls – one year four months’ state prison – burglary of a dwelling or building – repeat offender – Oct. 22, 2009.

Fong Chang, 27, 1903 N. 10th St., Sheboygan – fined $1,010.50 – operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated – first offense – April11, 2010.

Timothy J. Gahagen Jr., 24, 1526 Sibley Court, Sheboygan – one-year state prison – battery and criminal damage to property – repeat offender – Jan. 1, 2010.

Brandon L. Mitchell, 22, 1035 St. Clair Ave., Sheboygan – 90 days’ local jail with work release – disorderly conduct/ criminal damage to property – Dec. 23, 2008.

Shacoya S. Crawley, 19, 2005 W. Linwood, Apt. 4, Oshkosh – seven years’ state prison with 10 years’ extended supervision – arson to a building – Sept. 13, 2009. Shacoya set fire to a mop at 1514 N. Ninth St. because of a disagreement with the residents.
