Sheboygan Donor Center to host Breakfast on the Farm blood drive June 16

BloodCenter of Wisconsin will be hosting the Breakfast on the Farm blood drive from 12:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, at the Sheboygan Donor Center located at 1018 S. Taylor Drive, Sheboygan.

All attempting donors will receive complimentary tickets to the Sheboygan County Breakfast on the Farm to be held Saturday, June 19, at Winkel’s Highland Dairy Farms located at W1294 Sheboygan Road in Elkhart Lake.

Donating just one unit of blood and one hour of time has the potential to help save lives in the community. Donating is a quick and easy way to make a difference in your community, and by becoming a blood donor, you are choosing to save a life.

Anyone who is at least 16 years old with parental consent, weighs a minimum of 110 pounds and is in generally good health can donate blood. The entire process takes about an hour and all blood types are needed. Donors should bring a photo ID.
