High school ropes course open climb set

Looking for a challenging family event? Consider climbing on the Plymouth School District Adventure Ropes Course.

The course, built in 2006 by Adventure Based Experiential Educators, offers an outdoor activity consisting of mental and physical challenges. Participants can try the zip line, floating islands, traversing log and more.

The next open climb will be offered from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 2.

Additional climbs will be offered on July 16 and 30 and Aug. 20. There is a cost.

Climbs are open to those ages 10 to adult. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for minors the day of the climb.

Climbers should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing. The ropes course is located at Plymouth High School but is best accessed from the upper parking lot at Horizon Elementary School.
