Sheriff’s Report – June 28
Kenneth R. Stark, 41, fell from a horse while riding at Camp Anokijig, W5639 Anokijig Lane. The horse suffered an illness, fell over sideways causing Stark to fall from the horse.
The Elkhart Lake Fire Department responded and evacuated Stark from a wooded area. Stark was transported to Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center by Plymouth Ambulance suffering from head pain, ankle pain and breathing difficulties.

Nicole Bulin, 31, reported a burglary to her 21-foot camper trailer located at 401 Mary Mae Court in Cascade on June 24. Taken from the camper were a 20-inch Sharp flat-screen television valued at $250 and a Protron portable DVD player valued at $100. The theft occurred sometime between June 22 and June 24. There are no suspects at this time.

Kou Xiong, 38, of 2106 N. 11th St., Sheboygan, was involved in a one-car accident June 23 about 10:15 p.m. on State 23 and County TT. Xiong was eastbound on State 23 when he swerved to avoid a group of deer. He swerved left into the closed-off left lane of a construction area and traveled into a 12-by-15-foot section of road that had been cut out leaving a hole in the road. He continued through the cut-out area and came to rest facing east in the left-bound lane.
He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A passenger in the car, Na Hang, was not injured.
