Meeting to address Boys and Girls Club future

HOWARDS GROVE — The Howards Grove Boys and Girls Club is asking for the public’s support for keeping the club open in the village.

Any concerned citizen of the village of Howards Grove or surrounding townships is asked to attend a meeting at the Village Hall Community Center Monday, July 26 at 7 p.m.

Recently, the club has stated that without proper funding they may have to close for good this fall. The club needs about $100,000 to keep operating in Howards Grove. About 140 children attend the club.
