Local golfers score aces

PLYMOUTH – Jim Lanser of Plymouth carded a hole-in-one July 6 at the Evergreen Golf Course.

Lanser, who was playing in the Hingham American Legion Golf League, aced the par-3, 121-yard second hole with a high-lob wedge. His golf partner was George Streeck of Plymouth.

Nick Spucke shot a hole-in-one July 2 at Evergreen during Plymouth summer school golf. Spucke aced the par-3, 150-yard first hole with a driver. The witness was Jesse Easley.
