Barrels

To the Editor:

Can someone please explain why there are miles and miles of orange barrels on State 23 with no workers around?

Can these barrels be put aside until they resume work? Is it necessary to block one lane from Kohler to Plymouth when they are doing work in one 10-foot area less than one day a week?
