Falls Police Report

Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Madison Street last week.

Following an investigation, a 52-year-old woman was warned for disorderly conduct.

*** SFPD officers mediated a civil dispute in the 700 block Of Old County Road PP.

Joan A. Schweitzer, 55, was arrested for retail theft from a business located in the 100 block Of Pine Street.

*** Officers with the SFPD are investigating a theft that occurred in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Shaylah D. Schmidt Hersh, 20, was arrested for being in a city park after hours and second offense underage consumption of alcohol.

Dean R. Sohn, 42, was arrested for illegal dumping of roofing shingles at the Sheboygan Falls landfill site.

SFPD Officers investigated a reported retail theft occurring in the 100 block of Pine Street.

During the incident, a 30-year-old woman allegedly kicked a store clerk. Officers arrested the woman on misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct, as well as a municipal charge of retail theft.

The woman was transported to the Sheboygan County Jail on a probation violation.

A 55-year-old female accomplice was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.

*** A 27-year-old man was taken in to custody on two counts of bail jumping in the 100 block of Elm Street.

Officers with the SFPD mediated a civil dispute in the 500 block of Pine Street.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls Aug. 9 through Aug. 16.

• 1500 block of Falcon Way. • 1200 block of Pine Haven Lane. • 800 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following emergency calls Aug. 9 through Aug. 16.

• 100 block of Forest Avenue for a mechanical fire. • 500 block of Forest Boulevard for natural gas odor in the area. The source of the odor was determined to be spilled transmission fluid.
