Sheriff’s Report
A break-in was reported at Times Remembered, 102 Wisconsin, Adell, on Aug. 21 at 8:46 a.m. At the time of the report, it had not been determined what, if anything was taken. However, it was apparent someone had entered the establishment.

A two-car accident was reported on August 20 at 12:48 p.m. at State Highway 67 and Schwaller Drive outside the main entrance to Road America. A Ford Fusion driven by Joseph Coffey, 20, of Pekin, Illinois was traveling northbound on State Highway 67 as was a Chevy Camaro driven by Ryan Fulk, 38, of Kansasville, Wisconsin. Fulk had stopped and was signaling to turn left into the main gate at Road America. Fulk was waiting for traffic to clear when he was rear ended by Coffey. Coffey stated he was making a cell phone call and did not see that Fulk had stopped for traffic. Coffey attempted to brake and swerve to avoid the Fulk car but was unable to avoid the collision. Fulk was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital by Plymouth ambulance. Coffey was cited for inattentive driving.

Mindy Smith, 32, of Sheboygan and Barbara VanStelle, 46, of Sheboygan Falls were involved in a collision on August 19th at 2:02 pm at the intersection of County O and Resource Drive. Smith, driving a Jeep Wrangler, was southbound on Resource Drive and Van Stelle, driving a Chevy Blazer, was eastbound on County O. Smith had stopped at the stop sign and then continued into the intersection into the path of the VanStelle’s Blazer. Upon impact, the Smith vehicle spun approximately 180 degrees and was facing north when it came to a stop in the intersection. The VanStelle vehicle was facing east and was east of the intersection when it came to a stop. VanStelle was transported to Sheboygan Memorial Medical Hospital by Orange Cross ambulance. Smith was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.
