Education entries at Fair ready for viewing

The Sheboygan County Fair education entries are up again this year with a total of 6,725. The exhibit of county elementary schools’ artwork, booklets, collections and class projects can be viewed in the Education Household Building on the south end of the fair grounds.

This year’s judges awarded 100 merit merit awards for outstanding work. The Best of Show award was given to Erin Quam, an eighth grader from Bethlehem Lutheran School in Sheboygan. Erin’s winning entry was a pencil drawing of a horse.

The Education staff consisted of Jeannie Johanning, Christina Berth, Steph Winkel and Michelle Meinnert.
