Meet the new faculty and staff

The Plymouth School District is welcoming a number of new faculty and staff members this fall. They
include:
Jennifer Biller
Position: Alternative education teacher at Plymouth High School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison, master’s degree from UW-River Falls
Experience: Taught in Milwaukee
Melissa Costello
Position: Library media specialist at Fairview and Horizon elementary schools
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater, pursuing a master’s degree at UW-Oshkosh
Experience: I spent the last three years teaching seventh grade English and language arts and HS At-Risk
for Dodgeland School District in Juneau. I also coached middle school volleyball for the district for the
past three years.
Other interests: Reading, working with my horses, spending time with family and friends, baking
Paul De Pagter
Position: 8th grade math/language arts teacher at Riverview Middle School
Education: Bachelor’s in education from Lakeland College; graduate credits through UW-Oshkosh,
Viterbo University and UW-Green Bay, with plans to continue work on master’s degree throughout the
upcoming years
Experience: I have taught fifth and eighth grade in the Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls school districts.
Other interests: I enjoy being outdoors and participating in just about any sport.
Stephan Goes
Position: PHS special education teacher
Education: Bachelor’s degree in secondary education, broadfield social studies from Lakeland College;
special education degree from RITE program in CESA
Experience: Three years of teaching experience with the Rosendale-Brandon School District; was a
manager for Triple Play Fun Zone/Sports Academy in Sheboygan; coached varsity baseball for Laconia
High School and Appleton DoubleDays Legion Baseball Team
Other interests: I have a wife (Tanya) and 15-month old daughter (Kennedy). We live in Fond du Lac.
My wife and I are both from Sheboygan originally. I enjoy spending time with my family, baseball, football,
officiating basketball and going up north
Megan Hummitzsch
Position: English teacher at Plymouth High School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-La Crosse
Experience: I taught for two years at Ozaukee High School before coming to Plymouth.
Other interests: My other interests include reading and spending time with my dogs and my fiancé
DeAnna Kaehler
Position: Special education teacher
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee, master’s degree from National Louis University
Experience: Two years teaching experience in Milwaukee
Lucas Lechnir
Position: Health/physical education teacher at Plymouth High School, head wrestling coach
Education: Bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UW-Oshkosh
Experience: Webb School of Knoxville, Tenn., and Omro Elementary School
Other interests: Outdoor activities, fishing, participating and watching athletic events, reading
Taylor Lembrich
Position: Sixth-grade teacher at Riverview Middle School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-LaCrosse, master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch
Experience: First teaching position
Carrie Nickel
Position: Speech-language pathologist at Horizon Elementary School
Education: Bachelor’s in communication disorders from UW-Stevens Point; master’s in communicative
sciences and disorders from UW-Milwaukee
Experience: Speech-language pathologist for CESA #7
Other interests: Camping, reading, hiking, spending time with my family
Amy Olschesky
Position: Second-grade teacher at Horizon Elementary School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh
Experience: Taught summer school in the Plymouth School District
Jordan Pollock
Position: Spanish teacher at Riverview Middle School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh

Experience: One year of teaching experience with the Green Bay School District
Ez Eldin Salem
Position: Arabic teacher at Plymouth High School
Education: Bachelor’s degree in arts and education in English, master’s degree in educational
technology from the University of Alexandria
Experience: 12 years as a teacher in Egypt
Other interests: Writing novels and poems, listening to classical music and chatting online with foreign
teachers
Jake Sherman
Position: Technology education teacher at Plymouth High School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout, master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University
Experience: Seven years teaching at Central Middle School in Hartford, eight years service in Wisconsin
Army National Guard
Other interests: Bow hunting, family, athletics and outdoor recreation
Rebecca Sippel
Position: 4-year-old kindergarten teacher at Fairview Elementary School
Education: Bachelor’s degree from Marian College
Experience: First teaching position
