Sheriff’s Report – Nov. 1

Neal M. Jacoby, 44, of Belgium was involved in an accident Aug. 30 at 12:59 p.m. on County KW and County K in the town of Holland.

Jacoby was southbound on County KW in a Mack dump truck owned by Maxfield’s Topsoil LLC of Belgium when he went off the pavement onto the west shoulder of County KW. Jacoby returned to the road, went back to the shoulder and back again to the road before his truck rolled onto its side.

Jacoby was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
