Falls Police Report

Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers were called to the scene of an accident at the Broadway Street Bridge Tuesday, Jan. 17.

The driver of the vehicle, a 42-year-old woman, was transported to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan after she lost control of her car in snowy conditions and hit the bridge.

The woman was traveling southbound and downhill on State 32, while nearing Leavens Avenue at approximately 9:55 a.m., when she lost control and struck the bridge, causing her air bags to deploy.

The woman was treated at the scene by Sheboygan Falls First Responders and Orange Cross Ambulance workers, before being transported to St. Nicholas via Orange Cross. The woman complained of rib pain and had bit her tongue.

No citations were immediately issued. However, the crash remains under investigation.

The SFPD is investigating a report of a theft from a business in the 100 block of Pine Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff's department with removing debris at the intersection of State 23 and State 32.

SFPD officers assisted a homeowner in advising an unwanted guest to leave the premises at the intersection of Greenfield and Woodland roads.

Amanda S. Kohls, 26, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, after parking in police squad only parking stall to complain that her ex-boyfriend had taken her keys and advised her not to drive due to her intoxicated condition.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department with removing a tire at the intersection of State 23 and State 32.

A theft of personal electronic equipment was reported in the 1700 block of Bluebill Lane.

An employee of a business in the 400 block of Broadway Street reporting a case of harassment and disorderly conduct to the SFPD.

An adult male was located and an issued a warning.

Two adult males and one adult female were issued warnings and instructed to leave a business in the 1100 block of Fond du Lac Avenue after causing a disturbance.

Officers with the SFPD mediated a loud noise complaint in the 100 block of Redtail.

An underage person was taken into custody for battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Prospect Avenue.

The SFPD received a report of theft of property from a residence in the 500 block of Giddings Avenue.

SFPD officers responded to a report of two men walking in traffic shouting vulgarities in the 600 block of Broadway Street.

The two men were taken to jail for probation violations/holds.

An adult man and woman received verbal warnings for a verbal domestic dispute in the 600 block of Monroe Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department a with garage fire in the 500 block of North Bluebird Lane.

A juvenile was referred for battery and criminal damage to property following an incident in the 100 block of School Street.

A business owner reported damage to building in the 100 block of Pine Street. The incident is under investigation.

The SFPD is investigating a report of disorderly incident in the 100 block of School Street.

Robert C. Weber II, 29, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping Monday, Jan. 23, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

Weber II was found to have violated the terms of his participation in the Intoxicated Driver Intervention program, which requires him not to consume any alcoholic beverages.

The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge includes a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.
