Exotic Tans & Spa ribbon-cutting

The Plymouth FFA Parliamentary Procedure Team has advanced to State competition by winning the Section 9 Parliamentary Procedure contest March 21 at Kiel High School. Team members are Luceinne VandePas, Alyssa Schelinske, Sarah Schalk, Liz Schultz, Anna Kleinhans and Megan Klumpyan. The team is coached by Sarah Hanke and assisted by Walter Taylor. This will be the second time in five years that a Plymouth FFA Par Law team has represented Section 9 at State competition. The team will compete against nine other sectional winners from around the state in June at the Wisconsin FFA convention. Other teams and individuals competing in the sectional speaking and Par-Law contests were the FFA middle school quiz bowl team of Abby Nicholson, Catherine Schalk, Stephanie Thiel, Stuart Thiel and Tiara Liebe, which placed third; and Spence Thiel, who placed third in the extemporaneous speaking contest. The quiz bowl team is coached by Sheila Thiel. Those participating in the Section 9 contest had placed in the top two of their event at the District 27 contest in January at Howards Grove High School.
