Falls Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department are investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Buffalo Street.

Kyle J. Schroeder, 18, was cited for driving too fast for conditions, following an accident in which his vehicle struck a utility pole in the 500 block of Leavens Avenue.

SFPD officers assisted the Kohler Police Department with a motor vehicle crash that occurred on State 28 at Prange Road.

Officers with the SFPD conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Fond du Lac Avenue, which resulted in the arrest of Zachary J. Rohr, 17, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SFPD officers arrested a 46-year-old man in the 500 block of Oak Street on felony charges of fifth offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Officers with the SFPD are investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

SFPD officers arrested Brian S. Basler, 48, on suspicion of first offense driving while intoxicated, following a citizen complaint of erratic driving in 1000 block of North Main Street.

Corey Shaver, 39, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor resisting an officer, disorderly conduct and battery-domestic abuse in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, March 21.

The charges stem from a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1500 block of Falcon Way in Sheboygan Falls on March 21.

The Class A misdemeanor battery-domestic abuse charge and resisting an officer charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls March 21 through March 28.

• 200 block of Westwood Court for a medical assist.

• 900 block of Broadway Street for a medical emergency.

• 1000 block of Falls Parc Way for a medical assist.

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following emergency calls March 21 through March 28.

• 1060 North Main Street (McDonalds) for the odor of natural gas. The building was briefly evacuated, before the source of the odor was located and corrected.

• 915 Broadway St. for a false alarm.
