Falls Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a report of a disorderly person from out of town, during a soccer game at Sheboygan Falls Elementary School at 1 Alfred Miley Way last week.

The SFPD is investigating a reported sexual assault of a child.

SFPD officers investigated a report of a disturbance involving an intoxicated male in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The man was transported to a medical facility.

The SFPD issued a written compliance order to an animal owner for treatment of pets in the 100 block of Valley Road.

The SFPD is investigating criminal damage to a parked car in the 700 block of River Oaks Drive.

A juvenile was referred to the Sheboygan County Social Services, followed a reported case of battery of an another juvenile and disorderly conduct in the 100 block of School Street.

An SFPD officer stood by to ensure peace during a property exchange in the 100 block of Fourth Street.

***

An adult male received a warning for making harassing calls in the 600 block of Broadway Street.

***

SFPD officers issued an adult male a warning for making harassing calls in the 200 block of Hillcrest Court.

***

SFPD were called to the site of a traffic accident at the State 28 and State 32 roundabout.

A car entered the area too fast and struck light pole. Two adults were transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries.

The SFPD is investigating a report of trespassing in the 200 block of North Main Street.

SFPD officers issued warnings to two adults for a verbal domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Monroe Street.

Two males received warnings for fishing at midnight in River Park.

***

An adult male and an adult female were issued warnings for a verbal domestic dispute in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue.

Heather J. VanBeek, 27, of Waldo was charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, Thursday, June 9, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class I felony possession of narcotic drugs charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls June 6 through June 13.

• 330 Buffalo St. for a medical emergency.

• 644 Forest Blvd. for a medial assist.

• 114 Evans Court for a medical emergency.

• 363 Wildgoose for a medical emergency.

• State 32 and State 28 roundabout for a traffic accident.
