St. Paul's opens 'Sharing Closet'

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church ministry hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, to announce its Sharing Closet. Attending the ribboncutting ceremony were Mary Martin and Debbie DeGroot from the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Ron Nielsen of AdviCoach, Zach Turicik of IQ Print Media, and St. Paul’s Ministry: Peter Suchocki, Marilyn Schreiber, Susan Curtiss, Dawn Bartz, Carolyn Suchocki, and Mother Marie Gray. The Sharing Closet has been developed to lend medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, shower chairs, portable toilets, Ace bandages, etc., free of charge to people in need. The idea is to lend the equipment until it is no longer needed and then have it returned. It will be sanitized, repaired (as needed), and made available to another in need. St. Paul’s is located at 312 E. Main St. (next to the Plymouth Post Office) and is open Wednesdays from 9 a.m. until 12 noon for pick-up and drop-off. They are available by appointment anytime during the week if needed. Lead person on the project is Lisa Dicker; her contact number is (920) 980-7976. Peter Suchocki can also be contacted at (920) 892-4174. The church requires a signed release form when items are taken. Items must be picked up and returned by user, as no delivery is available.
