Resorters’ offense struggles in CLC loss to Kohler

KOHLER – The Kohler Blue Bombers outscored Elkhart Lake- Glenbeulah 22-9 in the second half to key a 54-35 boys basketball victory here Monday night.

Kohler upped its Central Lakeshore Conference record to 4-10 (8-12 overall). The Resorters, who were short-handed with two starters out, dropped to 1-12 in the CLC (3-16 overall).

Elkhart, which trailed 32-26 at halftime, managed only two points in the third quarter while Kohler tallied 12 to build a 44-28 lead.

Antonio Bett and Derek Weiss paced Elkhart in scoring with 10 points each. Dominic Bocchini led the Blue Bombers’ balanced offense with 11.
