ROSANNE JANE PANNIER

Rosanne Jane Pannier (nee Eagle), age 62, of Plymouth was born April 15, 1950, to the late Elmer and Ann Kiselowsky Eagle. She passed away in the early morning of Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.

Rosanne was born in Sheboygan, Wis., but spent the majority of her life as a resident of Plymouth, Wis. She graduated from Sheboygan South High School and went on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

On May 12, 1973, she married Kenneth Pannier.

Rosanne was self-employed with her husband in their Photography Studio, although she also spent time as an employee of Plastics Engineering, the Eclipse Corporation and M & I Bank.

Rosanne was active in her church, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and played an active role in the school during her children’s education.

She enjoyed cooking and baking – skills which she gained from her mother, Annie. She devoted a lot of her time to caring for her family and supporting the activities and endeavors of her children, Brandon and Andrea. She was known for her giant heart, constantly spreading kindness and love to friends, neighbors, and pretty much anybody whom she had the pleasure of meeting.

Rosanne is survived by her husband, Ken; a son, Brandon and a daughter, Andrea; her mother-in-law, Elinor Pannier and her sister, Eva Kosmicki. She is further survived by her nephews, Kory (Sara) Kosmicki and their children: Mary, Elias and Frances; Kyle (Lori) Kosmicki and their children: Ella and Owen; and her nephew, Kollin Kosmicki; her sister-in-law, Kathy Pannier and brother-in-law, Jim “Smitty” Smith and her nephew, Taylor Smith.

Rosanne was preceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law, Harvey Pannier; brother-in-law, Mark; and her grandparents, John and Eva Kiselowsky.

Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Father Wayne Bittner will officiate. Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Sheboygan.

Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth from 2:30 p.m. Friday until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Rosanne’s name for the Camo Quilt Project or the Military Families Connect Program.
