Wrestling with the basics



Jim Cowdy teaches Kade Novak (middle) how to execute a single-leg takedown against fellow fourth-grader Drake Schilder during Monday’s Plymouth Area Wrestling Club’s Advanced Program practice at PHS. The PAW Beginner (grades K-2) and Advanced (grades 3-8) programs, held the past two months, drew 75 youths total and focused on basic wrestling skills and techniques.
