Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department are investigating the discovery of suspicious photographs at a residence in the 300 block of Giddings Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD assisted with a personal injury accident on Range Lind Road north of Forest Avenue.

SFPD officers assisted with a vehicle in a ditch in the 300 block of Main Street.

Officers with the SFPD warned an individual for assessment in the 300 block of Monroe Street.

SFPD officers assisted with a highly intoxicated man in the 100 block of Pine Street. The man was later released to a responsible individual.

Officers with the SFPD assisted with a vehicle in a ditch at near State 32 and State 23.

SFPD officers with called to settle a civil dispute in the 200 block of Park Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted with a vehicle in a ditch at the intersection of County C and County TT.

SFPD officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Highland Drive. Involved individuals were issued warnings.

Officers with the SFPD assisted with a car fire on State 28 east of County EE. 100 block of Hamann Drive for a disturbance. Involved individuals received warnings.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a loud noise complaint in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

SFPD officers responded to the 200 block of Fond du Lac Avenue for a vehicle in a snow bank.

The driver of the vehicle was cited for reckless driving.

An individual was issued a warning for harassment in the 200 block of River Hills Drive.

The SFPD is investigating a report of damage to property in the 100 block of Second Street.

Individuals received warnings following a disturbance in the 100 block of Evans Court.

Dakota T. Lloyd, 17, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor theft in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Thursday, March 21.

The charges stem from a search conducted by officers with the Sheboygan Police Department following a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan on Sunday, March 17.

The Class I felony possession of narcotic drugs charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than six moths, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor theft charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Austin R. Lanthrip, 18, of Waldo was charged with felony sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age on Friday, March 22 in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class C felony sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age charge carries a fine of not more than $100,000, or imprisonment of not more than 40 years, or both, if convicted.

Codie K. Nyhuis, 19, of Sheboygan Falls was recently charged with felony burglary of a building or dwelling in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The charges stem from an alleged theft of a car stereo at a residence in the 1100 block of North 12th St. in Sheboygan.

The Class F felony burglary of a building or dwelling charges carry a fine of not more than $25,000, or imprisonment of not more than 12 years and six month, or both, if convicted.

Joseph J. Sirvio, 33, of Sheboygan Falls was recently charged with misdemeanor bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class A misdemeanor charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.
