Wake of the flood

Heavy spring rains have been wreaking havoc on Sheboygan County and southeastern Wisconsin this month. Added to melting snow, it has created flooding like above in Sheboygan Falls' River Park and washed out roads, like Keystone Road in the town of Rhine (cover). Conditions are easing as the snow melt is nearly complete, rainfall is slowing down and temperatures are rising, but many places will still be drying out for some time.
