The SFPD is investigating a criminal damage to property complaint in the 400 block of Forest Boulevard.

An SFPD officer stood by to ensure peace during a property dispute in the 800 block of Buffalo Street.

A juvenile was referred to the Sheboygan County Social Services Department for negligent handling of burning materials in the 700 block of Chicago Street.

SFPD officers issued warnings to two adults for acting suspiciously late at night in the 200 block of Forest Boulevard.

SFPD officers issued a citation to a juvenile female for disorderly conduct related to obscenities and general conduct in the 800 block of Buffalo.

Shawn J. Senkbeil, 44, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony first-degree sexual assault of a child under age 16 by use or threat of force or violence, felony intimidation of a victim, felony manufacture/deliver THC (marijuana), misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession with intent to deliver THC, felony possession of THC, felony manufacture/deliver THC and felony maintaining a drug trafficking place.

The Class B felony first degree sexual assault of a child under age 16 by use of force or violence charge carries a prison term not to exceed 60 years, if convicted.

The Class G felony intimidation of a victim charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, or imprisonment of not more than 10 years, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class H felony possession with intent to deliver THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment not to exceed six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony maintaining a drug trafficking place charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class H felony manufacture/ deliver THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

Dutcher J. Matyjasik, 43, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor knowingly violating a domestic abuse injunction and misdemeanor bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on May 8.

The misdemeanor knowingly violating a domestic abuse injunction charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months or both, if convicted.

Jay Riemer, 40, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and misdemeanor battery-domestic abuse in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on May 7.

The Class A misdemeanor battery domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both if convicted.

Justin R. Luecke, 33, of Sheboygan Falls was recently charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana)-second and subsequent offense in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class I felony possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six month, or both, if convicted.

Rebekah Lynne Flores, 37, of Sheboygan Falls was recently charged with felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicatedfourth offense in five years, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked and misdemeanor failure to install ignition interlock device in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class H felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicatedfourth time in five years charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked carries a fine of not more than $2,500, or not more than one year in county jail, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor failure to install ignition interlock device carries a charge of not less than $150 or more than $600, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both, for the first offense.
