Police Report

Christopher C. Krieger, 28, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with attempted felony burglary, felony possession of burglarious tools, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor attempted theft in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charges stem from an alleged vehicle and residential break-in occurring on Friday, July 5 at an apartment in the 500 block of Monroe Street.

The Class F felony attempted burglary of a building or dwelling carries a fine of not more than $12,500, or imprisonment of not more than six years and three months, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony possession of burglarious tools charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The two counts of felony bail jumping each carry a fine of $10,000, or imprisonment of six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor attempted theft charge carries a fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisonment not more than 4.5 months.
