Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department are investigating a neighbor dispute in the 900 block of Broadway Street.

The SFPD assisted the Kohler Police Department with a motor vehicle accident involving injuries on Woodland road.

The SFPD is investigating a report of criminal damage to property in the industrial park in the 700 block of Forest Boulevard.

The SFPD assisted the building inspection department with a condemnation order in the city.

The SFPD is investigating a theft of property in the 1000 block of Happy Lane.

An adult male was issued a citation for disorderly conduct for an incident on a basketball court in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating a reported fraud in the 1100 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating an attempted fraud in the 500 block of River Oaks.

The SFPD is investigating a report of criminal damage to a parked car in the 1100 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

Individuals received warnings following a verbal disturbance in the 400 block of Washington Street.

The SFPD is investigating several complaints regarding activities taking place at River Park.

Michael J. Sears, 54, of Waldo was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with revoked (second offense) in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Sept. 9.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500 or imprisonment of not more than one year in the county jail, or both, if convicted.

Peter Oakley, 53, of Sheboygan was charged with misdemeanor telephone harassment and disorderly conduct in Sheboygan Coun- ty Circuit Court Monday, Sept. 9. The charges stem from a pair of incidents in Sheboygan Falls on Sept. 8 in which Oakley allegedly made threatens toward a Sheboygan Falls police officer.

The Class B misdemeanor telephone harassment charge and disorderly conduct charge each carry a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.
