Police Report

Over the past two weeks, Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers have been investigating several damage to property complaints caused by vandals in the Forest Avenue Industrial Park.

An adult male and adult female were apprehended shortly after they returned to damage a business for the third consecutive time.

Both individuals have been arrested on four counts of misdemeanor damage to property, two counts misdemeanor graffiti, four counts misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one charge of misdemeanor entry into a locked vehicle and theft.

The man was also issued a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon.


Officers with the SFPD investigated a motor vehicle mishap involving a cement truck that lost its cement drum on Forest Avenue.

The Wisconsin State Patrol Vehicle Inspection Department was requested to assist with the investigation.


SFPD officers were requested to investigate a suspicious vehicle driving off the road in the area of Happy Lane.

Officers located the vehicle being drive by a 55-year-old man. He was taken into custody for first offense driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.


Officers with the SFPD were requested to check on a reported erratic driver that was called in by a concerned citizen in the area of County TT and Falcon Way.

Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle and driver. A 58-year-old woman was arrested and taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs

SFPD officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male and female were both warned for disorderly conduct and released.


Officers with the SFPD responded to a reported disturbance in the 5000 block of Big Bend Court.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct and released.


SFPD officers are investigating a fraud complaint that occurred in the 700 block of Dartmouth Drive.


An adult male was taken into custody on active warrants at the corner of Buffalo and Maple streets and later transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center


SFPD officers investigated a neighborhood disturbance that occurred in the 300 block of Jackson Street. Two adult females were warned for disorderly conduct.


Officers with the SFPD responded to the 900 block of Fond Du Lac Ave. for a reported domestic disturbance.

A 43-year-old man was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct domestic violence related and unlawful use of a telephone.


John R. Newman, 26, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping Monday, Sept. 23, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class A misdemeanor bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or nine months in jail, or both, if convicted.
