MARY ANN R. NOONAN

Mary Ann R. Noonan, age 68, of Sheboygan Falls, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at the Sheboygan Progressive Care Center.

She was born in Campbellsport on Oct. 18, 1945, daughter of the late Henry F. Lohse and Amanda (Kutz) Lohse. She graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1964.

She married Leon Kober in West Bend in 1966. She later married Gary Schlichting at St. Luke Lutheran Church in 1973.

In her working career, Mary Ann held various jobs in several different fields, but most importantly was a stay-at-home mom.

She was a member of St. Luke Luther- an Church in Sheboygan Falls.

In her free time she enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, including an annual ice bowl, she loved to garden, baking, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother, Amanda; six children: Greg (Maureen) Kober of Plymouth, Valerie Strickler of Oshkosh, Daniel Schlichting (special friend, Shelli) of Sheboygan, Scott Schlichting of Sheboygan Falls, Susan (Brian) Karstaedt of Sheboygan Falls and Kim (Dave) Fraser of Iron Mountain, Mich.; eight grandchildren: Robert, Joseph, Mikayla, Elijah, Evan, Shawna, Aaron and Alyssa; two sisters, Barb Lohse of Sheboygan Falls and Pat (Dale) TeStroete of Sheboygan; and four brothers: Robert (Pat) Lohse of Arizona, Ron (Barb) Lohse of Sheboygan, Raymond (Debbie) Lohse of Sheboygan and Randy (Lana) Lohse of Kiel.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry and a sister, Debbie Pierce.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls with the Rev. Elizabeth Jaeger officiating. Entombment will follow in the Sunrise Cemetery.

Friends may call on Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
