Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued citations to two adult males for plowing snow into a city right-ofway in the 900 block of Richmond Street., after being issued a prior warning not to do so.

SFPD officers are investigating reported theft of mail in the 100 block of Concord Drive.

Officers with the SFPD arrested a male for absolute sobriety, hitand run and inattentive driving, following a an accident in the 600 block of Forest.

The SFPD is investigating a reported fraud at a business in the 100 block of Pine Street.

The SFPD is investigating a report of an assault at a residence in the 600 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

An adult female and a business owner received a citation for bartending without a license in the W2800 block of County C.

Two adult males received warnings for noise ordinance violations at a residence on Green Bay Court.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with transporting a male into Sheboygan near the intersection of State 23 and Range Line Road.

An adult male was issued a warning for loud noise in the 100 block of Evans Court.

A juvenile was placed in a youth detention facility after being charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at a residence in the 400 block of Jefferson Street.

A juvenile was referred for possession of illegal contraband in the 100 block of School Street.

The SFPD is investigating a report of battery and disorderly conduct in the city of Sheboygan Falls.

Justin W. Dempster, 28, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver THC (marijuana) and felony maintaining a drug trafficking place, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Feb. 3.

The charges stem from the discover of marijuana and various related material in Dempster’s vehicle during a traffic stop conducted by officers with the Sheboygan Police Department in the city of Sheboygan on Saturday, Feb. 1.

The Class I felony possession with intent to deliver THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place charges each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.
