Caregivers encouraged to lighten up

Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. Barb Gilmore, Certified Laughter Coach; and Mary Patricia Voell, Legacies Founder, will lead this presentation.

I Love to Laugh will be held at the Aging and Disability Resource Center, 650 Forest Ave., Sheboygan Falls on Thursday, April 17 from 1:30 to 3 p.m.

This event is free and open to all family and professional caregivers and care recipients. Preregistration is requested by calling 467-4100. Certificates of attendance are available upon request.
