Flora contributed two hits and a pair of RBIs. Ausloos scored a team-high three runs, followed by Flora with two.

“It was a great team effort. I was pleased with the middle of the order,” said Resorter head coach Brian Feldmann. “Overall, our defense was good.

“I’m happy with our younger kids’ progress, and we have some great leaders.”

The Resorter defense made no errors. Feldmann thought freshmen Mandy McLaughlin and Holly Zorn played well in left field and at first base, respectively.

Senior Aryanna Klemme was the winning hurler. Klemme allowed four earned runs on six hitds with six walks and three strikeouts.

“Aryanna worked her way out of some trouble,” Feldmann said.

The losing pitcher was Abby Smith who threw a complete game – giving up eight earned runs and three walks while striking out seven.
